Remember, be kind to yourself. Both sides of interviewing are incredibly stressful.
If you’re a hiring manager, or an interviewee, please for the love of humanity follow up with your applicants. Don’t ghost them. If it’s a ‘no’, let them know.
And if you’re interviewing, look to see if you have any connections or relationships that could intro you to the hiring manager. Dust off your resume sure, but also push yourself to be creative and think outside of the box to make that hiring manager turn their head.
